Tony Noble – Director
Tony Noble is our founder and a director of the company. His particular focus is on startups and emerging New Zealand-owned technology companies – predominantly those aiming for international markets where digital strategy is fundamental to brand projection and lead generation. He established the consultancy over 25 years ago, having cut his teeth at leading PR firm, Consultus.
Starting with a broad base of clients he provided communication strategy and execution services to support government lobbying, media campaigns, product launches, marketing, and dedicated customer communications.
Recognising there was a lack of technology-focussed marketing and communications services to assist New Zealand’s growing IT economy, he soon concentrated on providing highly specialised brand development, communications and integrated marketing services to New Zealand-owned software and services companies, as well as large overseas IT companies establishing their local presence.
Caroline Sayle – Director
Sayle Noble & Associates director and consulting team leader Caroline Sayle has a wealth of technology marketing experience starting out with international brands including Toshiba, Silicon Graphics and Informix. Today, her focus is on locally-owned companies including Enprise Group, Datagate and Atrax Group where she leads and coordinates a sophisticated and fully outsourced marketing mix, including website content development and SEO optimisation, media relations, online customer and prospect communications, and lead generation.
She has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) and a Marketing Diploma from the Columbus Business School (New York). She is an accomplished athlete with a Black Belt in the Korean martial art Hap Ki Do, and was the first woman in New Zealand to hold a national amateur boxing title. She is also a keen equestrienne, owning three horses at last count.
